Marilyn Broussard Webb has over 26 years of diverse leadership and managerial experience in the Criminal Justice field. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of Field Services with the Harris County Juvenile Probation. In this position, Marilyn directs nine community supervision units and a Service Learning program. Her passion lies in targeting and implementing effective programming and services for juveniles and their families to help prevent further involvement in the Criminal Justice System.
Marilyn received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from McNeese State University and later obtained a Master of Public Administration from Texas Southern University. Marilyn is married with two children and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
