A new scholarship will be awarded by the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF) to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's).

The Education and Charities Foundation of Houston (ECFOH), in partnership with the Harris Foundation is proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math related fields.
For more than ten years, The Harris Foundation has awarded one deserving eighth grade student attending the Dr. Bernard A. Harris, Jr. Middle School in San Antonio, Texas with a Harris Scholar Scholarship award for their outstanding academic achievements.
